It's Been So Long

I know it's been a very long time since I've written. Life has been interesting back at home. A week and a half ago I was hired at a new job. After nearly having a breakdown at the collection agency, I gave my resignation. I could not handle the mental stress any more.

This new job is hardly easy. This past week has been, by far, the most physically challenging one I've ever experienced. This matters little to me because I feel good; good about the job and good about myself. I am finally appreciated for who I am and what I have to offer. As a big woman, being chosen as a custodian in a fitness club is wonderful. People see worth in my personality and abilities. I'm not just a body to them. It is very validating for me. I just hope that I can keep up physically in spite of my bad ankle. I pray that I can give them what they want and need.

Adam and I are still going strong. I am very content with the relationship as it is. He is very attentive and gives me all that I need and then some. He is so very precious to me.

Life is hard, but it is very good.

Thank You LORD God. I am eternally grateful, Amen.
